One Contractor For The Whole Site

On a Huntsville job you are usually managing several vendors for things that all arrive at the same gate: containers, portable sanitation, hand-washing, sometimes septic and site work before any of it. Each one is a separate account, a separate invoice and a separate number to call when something is late.

Dumpsters, portable toilets, restroom trailers, hand-washing stations, septic, excavation and demolition from one company, on one account, with one invoice
Avetta and ISN qualified with OSHA trained crews, which many defense contractor and advanced manufacturing sites require
Family-owned and woman-owned, WOSB certified, which matters on federal and prime contractor work

Do I need a permit for a dumpster in Huntsville?

It depends on where the container sits. On private property that you own or control, no city permit is required. If any part of the container rests in the public right-of-way, meaning the street, the curb or the strip between the sidewalk and the road, you need permission from the City of Huntsville before placement.

Who do I contact?

Contact the City of Huntsville before any part of a container goes in the public right-of-way. If your job already has a City permit, raise container placement at that point.

What are the placement rules?

Container parked parallel to the curb
Traffic cones or reflective markers at both ends when it is on or near the street
Clear of fire hydrants
Set back from crosswalks, stop signs and intersections
Never blocking a sidewalk without a pedestrian route around it
On secured and controlled-access sites, confirm gate hours, escort requirements and driver credentialing before the delivery is scheduled, because a truck turned away at a gate is a wasted day for everyone

FAQ's

Do you serve Huntsville from a local yard?

No. We dispatch from our own yard in Glencoe, and Huntsville and Madison County are on our next-day schedule. Scheduled commercial service, long-term site sanitation and project work are planned ahead with you.

Do I need a permit to put a dumpster on the street in Huntsville?

On private property, no. If any part of the container sits in the public right-of-way, you need permission from the City of Huntsville first. On a permitted construction project it is usually handled alongside the building permit. We will tell you which applies before we deliver.

Are you qualified for defense contractor and secured sites?

We are Avetta and ISN qualified with OSHA trained crews, and a certified Woman-Owned Small Business. Site access requirements vary, so tell us the site and we will confirm what is needed.

What towns around Huntsville do you cover?

Madison County including Madison, Meridianville, Harvest, Hazel Green, New Market, Owens Cross Roads, Gurley and Triana, plus Athens, Decatur, Hartselle, Arab, Guntersville and Scottsboro in the surrounding counties.

Can you handle sanitation for a long-running Huntsville job site?

Yes. Restroom trailers, hand-washing stations and portable toilets on a fixed service schedule, with containers on the same account, means one contractor and one invoice for the life of the job.

Can one company cover the whole job site?

That is how we are set up. Roll-off containers, portable toilets, restroom trailers, hand-washing stations, septic, land clearing, excavation and demolition all come from one company, on one account, with one number to call.

Real Jobs. Real Setups.
